CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy – Topaz’s Beauty At Topaz’s Beauty, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service booked. NO-SHOWS If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on our availability. In this case, a late fee may apply or a portion of your service may be forfeited. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your service total. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. SICKNESS & EMERGENCIES If you are feeling sick, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows will still be charged accordingly.
