CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE read all policies to ensure you are properly informed. *please make sure to confirm your appointment days before. *We required 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. *You must arrive no later than 10-15 min from your scheduled appointment time. After 10-15 min your appointment would be either reschedule to the next available day or cancel. *Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 45% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services. *No show you’ll be charged 45% of your service value. *You will no longer be rescheduled after 3 consecutive cancellation. *I will no longer book you after no call no show.
